This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) governs our collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information (as defined below) in connection with your use of our website(s) on which this Privacy Policy is linked (collectively, “Sites”), such as www.infocuscampaigns.com and www.IFCresearch.org, and any services, transactions, or other engagements you might have with us (collectively, “Services”).

This Privacy Policy does not apply to our collection, use, or disclosure of Personal Information related to job applicants, employees, or their dependents and beneficiaries, or the collection, use, or disclosure of Personal Information by third parties.

- Commercial Information such as service interests, history of use of our services, payment information;
- Voting Information such as voter history, party registration, voting jurisdictions;
- Survey Responses such as candidate preference, opinions, demographic information;
- Contact Information such as mailing address, email address, phone number;
- Employment and Professional Information such as employer, job title;
- Audio/Visual Information such as call recordings;
- Internet and Network Information such as IP address.
The specific Personal Information we collect about you may vary based on how you use the Sites and/or Services and your relationship with us.
Usage Data and Sites Activity
We may automatically collect information in connection with the actions you take on the Sites and Services (“Usage Data”). HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION
Voluntary Disclosure
We may ask you to provide us with Personal Information when you communicate with us (online or offline), use the Sites or Services, and at other times. You are not required to provide us your Personal Information; however, if you choose not to provide the requested information, you may not be able to use some or all of the features of the Sites or Services or we may not be able to fulfill your requested interaction.

We use Google Analytics to better understand visitors to our Sites and you can learn more about this tool by reviewing Google’s statement on how it uses information from sites and apps that use Google’s services. We are not responsible for Google’s data collection, use, or disclosure practices.
Information from Other Websites and Advertisements
If you arrive at the Sites or Services by “clicking through” from another website, then certain information about you that you provided to that other website, such as the terms you were searching that led you to the Sites or Services, may be transmitted to us and we may use it. You should review the privacy policy of any website from which you reached the Sites or Services to determine what information was collected by that website and for what purposes you agreed that website could use that information. We may retain information about you provided to us by other websites and will only use it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Such information may be associated with other Usage Data or Personal Information.
HOW WE USE AND SHARE INFORMATION
Generally
We use Personal Information for internal purposes, such as:
- Provide you with the Sites and Services,
- Client support: keep clients and others informed about the status of the Sites and Services, respond to questions and address concerns, and deliver updates, upgrades, and services improvement information;
- Marketing and market research: to send communications and offers and place advertisements for our services, perform analytics for market research, trend analysis, financial analysis, and anonymization of Personal Information;
- Other company communications: to provide information that may be of interest such as company newsletters, announcements, reminders, and service bulletins;

Service Providers
We may establish a relationship with other businesses to provide services to us (“Service Providers”), including for:
- Provision of the Sites and Services;
- Facilitating marketing and non-marketing communications;
- Marketing design and development;
- Business analytics (both marketing and non-marketing related);
- Research and development of services;
- IT and network administration such as mobile application development, data storage and management, website hosting, and data security;

We only provide our Service Providers with the Personal Information reasonably necessary for them to perform these services on our behalf. Each Service Provider is expected to use reasonable security measures appropriate to the nature of the information involved to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Service Providers are prohibited from using Personal Information other than as specified by us.
Selling to Third Parties
We do not sell your Personal Information to third-party companies for their direct marketing purposes or for any other purpose.
Social Media
If you interact with us via social media, such as via Facebook, Personal Information and other data collected by the social media service will be governed by that social media service’s privacy policy. You should carefully review the privacy policy of each social media service before interacting with them. Information you share publicly on social media, including images, may be used by us or by third parties in accordance with each social media service’s policies.
Opt-Out of Communications
If you would like to opt-out of communications from us, please email us at optout@infocuscampaigns.com. In your correspondence, please provide your name, phone number, email address, and indicate the types of communications from which you would like to opt-out (calls, text messages, and/or emails). Allow up to ten (10) business days for processing. Your opt-out will not apply to account-related communications.
OTHER PRIVACY AND SECURITY PROVISIONS
Security
We recognize the importance of safeguarding the confidentiality of Personal Information from loss, misuse, or alteration. Accordingly, we employ commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect such Personal Information from unauthorized access, disclosure, and use. Even with these safeguards, no data transmission over the Internet or other network can be guaranteed 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect information transmitted on or through our Sites or Services, you do so at your own risk.
Other Websites
Please be aware that third-party websites accessible through the Sites or Services will have their own privacy and data collection policies and practices. We are not responsible for any actions, content of websites, or privacy policies of such third parties. You should check the applicable privacy policies of those third parties before providing information to them or accessing their websites.
Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement
We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We may disclose Personal Information and any other information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties if, in our discretion, we believe it is necessary or appropriate to respond to legal requests (including court orders, investigative demands and subpoenas), to protect the safety, property, or rights of ourselves, consumers, or any other third party, to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity, or to comply with law.
Other Transfers
We may share Personal Information and Usage Data with businesses controlling, controlled by, or under common control with us. If we are merged, acquired or sold, or in the event of a transfer of some or all of our assets, we may disclose or transfer Personal Information and Usage Data in connection with such transaction.
How Long We Retain Your Data
We retain your Personal Information in accordance with our data retention policies which are informed by business needs and our legal, regulatory, tax, and/or accounting obligations.
Children’s Privacy
The Sites and Services are not intended for children under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received Personal Information from a child under the age of 18, we will delete such information from our records.
California “Do Not Track” Disclosure
Do Not Track is a web browser privacy preference that causes the web browser to broadcast a signal to websites requesting that a user’s activity not be tracked. Currently, our Sites and Services do not respond to “do not track” signals.
